Combined printing of up to 9 colours using flexo, screen printing, foil, or digital printing, applicable for both ABL and PBL products.

Tubes with thicknesses ranging from 275μ to 400μ, with barriers tailored to customer needs—EVOH for PBL tubes and aluminium for ABL tubes.

ABL, or Aluminium Barrier Laminate, is an innovative material used in the packaging of laminated tubes for cosmetics, as it requires effective barriers against external elements such as light, moisture, and oxygen.

Made through the layering of different types of plastics, PBL offers an effective barrier against moisture, oxygen, and other external agents, keeping the contents of the packaging safe.

FEATURES OF LAMINATED TUBES FOR COSMETICS IN SUMMARY:

The range of container diameters offered varies to meet different needs, with sizes ranging from Ø25 to Ø50 mm. These containers are designed to have a minimum capacity of 15 ml, ideal for small doses or samples, up to a maximum capacity of 300 ml, perfect for larger and more significant uses.

Regarding the welding process, containers can be produced using the traditional overlap welding system or the innovative Decoseam system, which does not require overlaps and offers practically invisible seams, ensuring that laminated tubes for cosmetics not only have a better aesthetic appearance but also greater product integrity.
