For the customisation of Global Tube® tubes, various decoration solutions are proposed.

Offset

The tubes can be printed, depending on the diameters, with up to 7 colours plus a coating.

Screen Printing

The tubes can be printed with up to 5 colours using screen printing. Screen printing is recommended for achieving effects, maximum brightness, colour intensity and coverage, and precision in details.

Hot Stamping

The tubes can be enhanced with hot stamping using gold or silver foils.

Labels

Global Tube® offers the possibility of labelling tubes from 25mm diameter up to 60mm diameter. Clients are provided with a complete service, starting from the study of the most suitable label according to the project, to the creation of sketches using the different printing techniques available, and finally to the supply of the labelled tube.

Flexography

ABL and PBL tubes can be printed using a combination of different technologies.

The high printing speed and rapid drying of the inks during production make flexographic printing an excellent solution for merging functionality and creativity without limits.
